Chakras; Seeing orbs and colors

thisbody recently put up a lot of pictures in the gallery of what appeared to be orbs. I am responsible for cleaning up the gallery due to not enough space in the gallery and constant requests for more more money from our host to pay for more space. So I cleared that space and you or anyone else is welcome to put up photos here of orbs or their exploration. This is what I found in the internet;

‘In photography, backscatter (also called near-camera reflection) is an optical phenomenon resulting in typically circular artifacts on an image, due to the camera's flash being reflected from unfocused motes of dust, water droplets, or other particles in the air or water.‘

Thought about this a lot lately and there are orbs everywhere. If you think about it, all the planets are like orbs, all the stars are like orbs and wheels are like orbs. Lot of orbs everywhere and we also see orbs when we meditate, sometimes the best thing is to do is just to focus on them and see if we can delve into them. That’s been my experience with meditation and orbs.

My experience with orbs during meditation has been shown to be a usual phenomena after practicing decades of meditation and since practicing Jyoti mudra.

I learned jyoti mudra from the Self Realization Fellowship lessons. If you are interested in specific questions and instructions I would suggest contacting the Self Realization Fellowship. Today we see it posted on the internet as well. I personally think it better to be introduced into basic meditation techniques in a progressive way that is taught by for instance; The Self Realization Fellowship or at Amma.org
