Motivation

Motivation is an important element of wanting to meditate for me. It sure helps to live with someone else that likes to meditate. Also helps to have friends like, Eric here, who love to meditate, and do spiritual practices! And at times, like now, i just have to remind myself of the benefits of spiritual practice before falling back to sleep when I wake up early in the morning to use the restroom. Actually this is one of the best times. It is so peaceful before others wake up. So it has the elements of meditation in the presence of the moment.
