Bringing in the Astral Realm

Some of us recognize that we came from other realms in the astral world and we are bringing higher dimensions into this life. We may find ourselves at odds with the physical realm because we were in the astral realm where we may not have been circumscribed by so many physical limitations as we find in this life in the physical and material universe.

We may even find at times that our joy from meditation seems a bit at odds with the dangers and possibilities of accidents here in this earthly dimension where we are faced with relativity and duality that can bring us into physical and mental anguish if we aren’t in constant awareness of the physical limitations here and the pain that it can bring.

All true, on the other hand we have a duty to adapt to the harsh environment of the material world. Actually, as Yogananda explains, this adaptation is needed to evolve spiritually. Probably, those who are less tolerant of the earthly vibrations will enroll as monks and nuns in various spiritual organizations.
