A state of agitation

It has become more and more clear to me that most people are in a state of agitation. They are constantly bombarded by the radio, TV, internet and conversations that stir up the consciousness. It is therefore difficult for most people to sit still for very long and meditate.

But even if we can find a few minutes for meditation during the day; it allows to understand deeper dimensions of ‘being’ in our lives.
