Incense Meditation

Meditation with incense has become one of my greatest comforts since being enclosed in living quarters in the past and more so recently, because I’ve been in Bogota now for months. I truly will be happy to be back in Cloneland soon to get out of the cities environment there and here in a foreign country, enclosed by endless inhabitants. The free fresh air and spaciousness expansion of nature has no equal.

Although while in a city I make use of sandlewood, lavender and Palos Santos to keep my mind focused on the inhalation and exhalation of breath and focus on such simple meditation techniques as Hong Sau and the IAM techniques recommended by the Masters. The sweet smell of manufactured natures natural aromas  are a welcome distraction from the minds endless meanderings and useless distractions when seeing the larger picture of an expanded awareness.

I wonder why you don't catch a Colombian bus, fly from bogotà for a while and do some tour parks and mountains, it's probably pretty inexpensive and the country offers impressive scenic beauties.

Thank you mccoy, most likely i would if i was with someone like you. However, as fate would have it and thoughts manifest into reality, i'm alone at the top of a 25 story buiilding and for once i have time to practice the piano, so i am doing it along with two meditations a day. When i get back to the states friends will want to go on long bycicle rides and camping trips in winter, water wonderland; Michigan . And i want to have enough money  left to see Amma this summer again if she comes back to the states as she did last year.

I can think of nothiing more fascinating then to be in the presence of a living Master like i have experienced Amma to be. I left Los Angeles and another living Master; Brother Bhaktananda and i never want to miss the opportunity to be in the presence of a living physical Master again.

Im hoping simetime you or web will want to come to the states so we can go camping and hiking in the great Manistee national forests here in the states and perhaps if one of you came at the right time we could see Amma togeter as well. Im fortunate to have a car and small trailer at this time and plenty of camping gear.
