Walking Meditation

I used to spend many hours meditating with Buddhists in Kalamazoo Michigan.  They have a practice called walking meditation between sitting meditation practices. I really enjoyed that slow awareness exercise.

I was also exposed to many Asian spiritual traditions while in the ‘city of the angels’. And being in Los Angeles; there is a lot of Asian influences and people in that city!

I was invited to live here and so far find it quite a nice place.

In Columbia town nothings too small to be found.
