Wake up to the silence and embrace it. It is your time of day. It’s just nice to know you’ve have a new start everyday. Yesterday’s problems are today’s solutions.

Starting the day - when possible- with meditation and a call to the divine for proper direction keeps the mind steady on divine intercessions throughout the day.

Waking up to the rain is one of the best times to meditate. The sound of rain pitter pattering on the roof of where you sleep has a soothing effect on the mind and is one of the best times to sit up and meditate to relax the body and mind.
