Meditation before anything

Except for a few exceptions I attempt to meditate in the morning before anything. Bringing the spiritual forces and the Masters into our personal lives at the beginning of the day brings their guidance and protection in all matters. Continuing to pray for guidance and direction during the course of the day helps in making the right decisions with regards to circumstances and people we encounter.
