It is correct to see both sides of an issue. But we should also evaluate in all fairness the situation.

I intuitively trust Mr. Musk. His bonds with China may turn out to be positive after all, the Chinese are very sensitive to economic development and economic opportunities and alliances might be a strong deterrent against engaging in any war.

But we'll see what happens. I may be wrong, general Honorè may be very wrong, the issue is a complex one.

What I see intuitively is that the present American government is reasonably well suited to tackle foreign policy problems. Of course, my intuition may be wrong. Let's wait and see.
