Sometimes it’s better for us to just keep a low profile because people around us may be going through some challenges and malefic transits. I have found it’s best if i can just duck out of the house and find a place to retreat and meditate. It becomes noticeable just how much other people’s moods can seep in our consciousness when we attempt to meditate and find most of the meditation is taken up brushing off the dark clouds we have brought with us.

Change is not always a comfortable process. Sometimes it feels like the body and mind are forced to go along with drastic mutation.
