Silence and Stillness

There is a difference between silence and stillness. Silence should be an attempt to find and experience peace. Stillness is achieved through silent meditation. Stillness quiets not only the atmosphere around us but also the inner thoughts and the bodies relentless noise. The body and mind keeps us restless and unable to experience the deeper states of bliss and love when we are in communion with soul awareness and spiritual ecstasy.
