The Struggle

I have read more than once and in Paramahansa Yogananda’s writings that God is drawn by our struggles to contact. Yet it is also said that one must relax to meditate properly. Such are the paradoxes of the spiritual path. What I’ve attempted to do is find the best way to relax and if I get drawn into the meditative stillness, at some point pray with earnest.
