Someone mentioned Hawaii today and my heart sank. I started feeling really worried, and I can't explain why.

At least I can take it as a sign to pray for the people there, and pray for peace.

Really I would like to pray for peace with all nations and sectors of the world... Though I am not always aware, I know the rising tensions are that we have not been this close to nuclear war in a while.

Digital warfare, chemical warfare and nuclear- are all very real possibilities right now creeping their way to our doorstep. Many people are suffering.

It is always questionable as to when people are suffering more; When they are put in prison for the free expression of their views, poisoned, tortured and murdered? Or when they suffer because of war?

I think suffering is a constant potential here and there is no sense comparing one form of suffering to another. Swami Vidyadhishananda told me we can never know the extent and uniqueness of anothers suffering. But I think we can pray for them, we can pray for peace... And we can work on finding, creating and experiencing peace from within... I think meditation can ultimately help us rise above duality.

Thanks Steve for asking the question, as I just shared revelatory news of a journalist being jailed in America for exercising freedom of speech. Similarly, the press in Hawaii was ordered to stand down by way of a media blackout. Maybe there is no comparison, and maybe they are connected to a much larger atrocity we aren't even aware of.

Steve, I am aware of what happened that is why I bumped this thread questioning if what I experienced was a type of premonition? I could not explain why I felt so sad about Hawaii when I made that post.

On Monday Mayor Richard Bessen ordered the implementation of a, "media free zone."

The question on peoples mind is, why is the government preventing reporters from exercising their rights to gather and present information?

If this is a targeted attack or land grab, they willingly killed people in the process.

And the claims about a media free zone are true,

And at Napili Plaza someone from the Mayor Richard Bissen’s office tries to shut me down saying West Maui is a media free zone. No sir, this is America,” Cain tweeted.

And there are multiple reports by the locals that have managed to make it to the public domain despite the unconstitutional attempts to block investigate journalist. They all mention foul play.

Thanks for being honest about it Eric. Maybe it was so it was good that you recorded your feelings on the matter. Sometimes I have premonitions but they are not always correct and other times they are, perhaps it is good to acknowledge our intuitive powers and take what ever action we can with out being harmful to others in the process to exercise our latent abilities.
