The exercise portion of both the IAM technique and the SRF (self-realization fellowship) meditation techniques fascinates me because they both approach meditation from such a different angle.

SRF has what is called ‘energization exercises’ they bring electrical energy in the body and develop the will. The IAM technique relaxers the body with stretching exercises that are also done on the floor. Other muscles seem to be focused on than those we find directed to in the energization exercises. I attempt to practice both at different times of the day.
