Well here I am bringing this old thread out of the dusty closet. It’s amazing 😉 some of the things we shared. I recently have found that my meditations are split... somewhat like driving. You or I are often on auto pilot with the meditation technique and our mind is going on somewhere else. Meditation can be that way also... like driving and your mind is on a tangent.  Like your just going thru the motions of your particular practice on auto pilot while the mind wonders hither and yon.
