Eric, that's a good quick routine, nitric oxide is beneficial to vessels which among many other things, take nutrients to muscles, that's a known fact.

SRF's energization exercises also involve a stimulus to circulation and nitric oxide among other things, although they are longer and they stimulate prana as well.

Right now I do resistance exercises (weightlifting), some stretching (that yoga) SRF exercises but in a sparse fashion, having little time. I hope I can resume aerobic exercise as well.

Scientific literature surprisingly says that exercise is the single most potent factor which prevents brain degeneration with age.

I believe it. I've worked in a health food store for going on 5 or 6 years now. I see plenty of in shape elderly people, some with cognitive abilities that surpass mine. I met an older man who was more tech suave then me and said he'd go on to be a centenarian. He is doing pushups in his 90's.

There are very competent people around (researchers and specialists), giving suggestions on how to increase probabilities to live up to 100 years and more. Longevity is probably a quickly up-trending topic right now.
