Americans qualify for the program if their income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. They can also qualify if a member of their household uses any of a number of other federal programs, such as Medicaid, SNAP food stamps, or a veterans pension, according to the White House.

This reminds me of Obama's cellphone giveaway. People then were smart enough to say no. Something about this is highly suspect. I had the same feeling about Facebook. Sure, enjoy your free internet. I think this is a continuation of Obama's plan. One that seems to take away power from state, create new levels of tracking and control- complete intrusions to privacy. I don't think free internet is a bad thing, unless of course the internet is used to enslave the masses. A level of dependency that I'd hope we'd never experience. Sometimes it feels like the way we operate in America creates further health crisis too. We don't educate, as a society- we relegate, we enable, we provide quick fixes prolonging suffering. We know there are things, "bad for us" but continue to push on our own people everyday.

These thoughts are not deluded or thing of conspiracy, it's more like devils advocate and healthy speculation. Serious question, was there ever the promise of "free" something in our history that lead to a nations demise?
