Environment, times and places

At times in our life, we are in conditions that help our spiritual progress, either by location, environment or specific times of year. At other times we may find it challenging to move forward spiritually speaking because of conditions that presently affect us. However it is important to recognize that though environment may not be as encouraging in a spiritual sense; nevertheless we may be blessed to recognize we are in a place, time and conditions that are conducive to facing and working out our desires and which can give us a recognition of what we need to work on to improve ourselves.

Outlook and Environment

When our mental outlook improves the state of the environment will also improve.

I’ve become more and more aware of how environment is shaping our state of consciousness. If we meditate and ask for guidance in our choice of environment and friends, we may suddenly find ourselves in a different environment that is more conducive to spiritual awareness and evolvement.
