Yes this chart does make a difference. This is a good time for you to make needed changes in the relationships you have chosen because soon it will be much more difficult to do this. You have had many recent years to reevaluate your values and the values you have shared with others. This gives you the ability to make needed changes in how you look  at your own value system and how you interact with other peoples values. But your value system is changing because of the associations  you have made with  others. The emotional issues i have spoken of are to come soon. The time factor change has also resulted in some change in my interpretation. How is your mother doing? Serious issues surrounding your emotional life are soon to happen this is because your shared values with others has taught you much in the last couple of years. Perhaps you have found that others have had values that are quite different then your own. More on this soon when Saturn makes an important shift in your life affecting your sense of how you are nurtured....
