Everybodies path is different I know Paramahansa Yogananda had that view. He is merely interpreting the Gita according to his guidance on such matters. It makes sense to me and inspires me in my path towards enlightenment if it does not you how does a challenge arise brother? And yes, I do agree with your thought that for many of us there is quite a fluctuating energy interplay and motion in our bodies (astral, physical and causal). I am happy 😊 seeing your threads friend….duality is an intragal characteristic of this creation. You speak for me when it is apparent there is yet much to understand in our small frustrations with soul and ego. I attempt to make my mind and thoughts pliable and receptive to the direction of divine order rather than a fixed pattern that has no interest in progressive change. Our thought patterns often resemble a repetitive mantra that echoes the same monotonous messages in our minds chatter. If we can just see a little light in our confusion the tunnel shows the way to a shaft of light to climb out of the darkness.
It becomes more apparent as time elapses; it is not the direction that I choose to take anything but rather the inspiration that soul awareness brings to such matters. In this I see a common thread forming with multiple Masters … although expressed differently.

Thanks you introduced me to Guranath Eric…. This video appears to affirm some of Yogananda’s interpretation of the Gita….
