I have included this entry in two places on the forum because of it significance. It is here because of its help in giving spiritual oceanic moments or breakthru experiences. But is also included in Meditation techniques.


We may have incremental breakthru moments in our meditation. Practicing the om technique hearing the sound as small as listening in a sea shell.. yet still the beginnings of the om... or perhaps practicing kriya  jyoti mudra and seeing colored astral lights more beautiful than earthly lites with their stark glare. Or even the moments of small hints of bliss to compare with this... the material dimension we must endure with all it trials and challenges.
