Often we are able to witness restlessness in ourselves and those around us. As someone becomes more and more restless they are more and more irritable, less patient and more easily angered. If we allow ourselves little or no time for meditation we will soon be overwhelmed by such conditions and usually people who are.... blame their condition on others.

I think so too, however, most all day long I am surrounded by restless people, maybe except for the CEO. Easy to blame them though when you're the only one around that is trying to NOT be restless.
