Living in a Virtual Personal Reality

After many years of living with other people it has become more clear to me that most people are living in a tenuous connection with others and have created their own realities separate from the reality of others around us. We may agree on common ideas and have similar views and desires for a time but it soon becomes more and more evident that we are perceiving this physical reality and how it works much differently.

This awareness comes with the ability to recognize that many of these concurrent fantasy  film scripts played in the minds and feelings of those around us are caused by mental illness and various types of substance abuse over the years. It is thru meditation and introspection that we are trying to break down our own illusions. We are trying more and more to see what is the true nature of the human existence we are experiencing and not just some fantasy we have created for ourselves in our heads. These fantasies are created by our personal experiences as well as different memories that have followed us through many life times.

It is often difficult to maintain our psychological balance when faced with multiple personality expressions from around us all having their own sets of personal outlooks on the picture they are watching in this theater of life.
