What's unique about being guest88 is that I was born in 1988. 
I'm glad you find Ma inspiring. That I've visited her in my dreams, is because my Heart cried out to her. She came, and I saw that she is indeed alive and even possesses powers that defy our understanding. Like levitating. Or moving at incredible speeds. But as you can see, those aren't the type of powers that attracts her followers. Her presence alone, like many of the Masters, acknowledges our spiritual aspirations or what we find ourselves trying to convey when we think about what's important in life.

I believe I've met her twice in dreams. Each time she is accompanied by chelas and near water. She is able to levitate with ease.

I was also introduced to her when reading AoY, and I remember being fascinated with her interaction towards Paramahansa Yogananda. It felt like a child/daughter reuniting with Christ. Really she was overcome with Joy and I think her assuredness of their connection even tripped out Yogananda a little. I can't remember the chapter exactly, so I may go back and read it- but I think she was calling him Father. ....Okay I found the chapter I am talking about and will share it at the bottom.

They are spiritual giants, so maybe my calling Yogananda a Christ like figure is true but also a limited understanding. I have found my dream journal from 2019 with her... I titled this dream, "I met an avatar."

this morning i had two separate dreams meeting god in a human form. the first was in a man and the second was a woman. the first the man offered me a beer and we talked, i accepted it because i understood it an offering from god. i was honored in the dream and i felt in this man was an entire universe. when i woke i was confused because god knows i quit drinking. the last one was with the woman where i spent more time in the dream and beheld miracles and movements that defy natural laws or what man think their bodies are capable of. she was amazing, fearless, humble, happy and beautiful. i was by her side, she allowed me to ask her questions and i watched her perform healing acts. we walked with her small group of followers and as we walked i started twirling like a dervish from the ecstasy of her presence. at the very end of the dream we were in the ocean and swam. there was also a heavenly music in the background. i felt her joy and watched her move at record speeds, she propelled herself like a missile and shot out of the ocean going so high and went down into the ocean deep to the bottom before shooting back out. she was playing. she then went to the dock where i talked to some of her followers, they were showing me evidence of her divinity. she was instantly dry when she came out of the ocean and she kind of levitated into her chair. needless to say i did not want to wake up or even leave her side. i felt a little sad this morning for waking up.

When I saw photo's of Anandamayi Ma I knew it was her... And the feelings/emotions in this are not accurately portrayed- as they penetrate my core and left me with a feeling of astonishment. I remember feeling profound love and longing upon gazing at her photos shortly after that dream. Also not mentioned in this recording is that I was at one point viewing the oceans from her eyes.

She periodically chimes in with her presence, which is why I am resurfacing post and videos about her...

A few days later I heard that the Blissful Mother was staying at the home of a disciple in the Bhowanipur section of Calcutta. Mr. Wright and I set out immediately from my father's Calcutta home. As the Ford neared the Bhowanipur house, my companion and I observed an unusual street scene.
Ananda Moyi Ma was standing in an open-topped automobile, blessing a throng of about one hundred disciples. She was evidently on the point of departure. Mr. Wright parked the Ford some distance away, and accompanied me on foot toward the quiet assemblage. The woman saint glanced in our direction; she alit from her car and walked toward us.
"Father, you have come!" With these fervent words she put her arm around my neck and her head on my shoulder. Mr. Wright, to whom I had just remarked that I did not know the saint, was hugely enjoying this extraordinary demonstration of welcome. The eyes of the one hundred chelas were also fixed with some surprise on the affectionate tableau.
I had instantly seen that the saint was in a high state of samadhi. Utterly oblivious to her outward garb as a woman, she knew herself as the changeless soul; from that plane she was joyously greeting another devotee of God. She led me by the hand into her automobile.
"Ananda Moyi Ma, I am delaying your journey!" I protested.
"Father, I am meeting you for the first time in this life, after ages!" she said. "Please do not leave yet."
We sat together in the rear seats of the car. The Blissful Mother soon entered the immobile ecstatic state. Her beautiful eyes glanced heavenward and, half-opened, became stilled, gazing into the near-far inner Elysium. The disciples chanted gently: "Victory to Mother Divine!"

"On another occasion there was a discussion about man's past lives.  Sri Ma said:  'Rebirth is a fact. There is no doubt about it.  When (a) cataract in one's eyes is removed by an operation, one's eye-sight is restored. Likewise, by deep concentration on the Divine, when the veil that obscures our vision is removed and the mind purified and focused on the Self, the significance of mantras and of the deities of which they are the sound forms dawns on us and the impressions of previous births flash upon our consciousness.  Just as while at Dacca, you can have a mental picture of what you have seen in Calcutta, so also can you project a more graphic image of your past lives upon your present mental screen.'  She added: 'When I see you, I can get a vision of a series of pictures of your past births.' On one occasion while in Calcutta, a gentleman and his wife came to Sri Ma with their son aged about seven or eight. On seeing the child she remarked:   'This boy was related to this body as  brother in his past birth.'  One of Sri Ma's brothers died very young. He had a severe hurt on his arm and it was bent. The above mentioned boy also had a crooked arm."

Question - Ma, Please give us some advice so that we can all become better. We are unable to sing the Lord's name.

Sri Anandamayi Ma started laughing. In due course, she said, 'Even if you cannot take the name, then do as I tell you.

As soon as you get up from sleep in the morning, pray this to God, "Oh Lord, may we perform our actions as you ordained and may we also understand at the same time that we are doing what you would like us to do."

"In actual fact, whatever we do is exactly as God has ordained previously but we fail to comprehend this. All our actions are as He would like us to do.

So, we must pray to God, "You must make us your tools, and let us understand that we are merely your tools." Whether in bed or not in bed, each morning you must pray this to God. If you could not sit on your bed to do so, you can lie down and pray.

Although if you pray lying down, your attention is riveted more on us than on your prayers, still it is better to do this than nothing. I am speaking of praying while lying down in this light.

Again, when you go to bed at night, you should pray this again, "Oh Lord, even as sleep may be dedicated to you as you wish, so that we can be aware of this."

In this way you must keep Him in mind during all your actions which you must carry out as His wish. If you proceed along these lines, you will realize truly one day that there exists nothing in this world except Him.
