Meditation Schedule

[Jitendra Hy-do-u-no-us?]

Paramahasa Yogananda recommends meditating every morning and evening; for many of us we have tried our best to keep such a schedule. I must say though that i have heard the brothers at srf say that we may have an excuse for not having meditated but we never have an excuse for not thinking of God. So instead of berating ourselves for not having kept a rigid schedule at times....
Let us remember that it may not always be in our highest interest to be inflexible and demand we should meditate at all costs...but instead keep the thought of God and our desire for his presence constantly alive in our hearts and minds.
