You have seen me posting videos of Krishnamurti speaking on some topics. I think you might find this doc interesting if you have a free night. He was poised to be another leader of his own world-wide spiritual organization. Fascinating story.

It seems to me that a lot of it has to do with how well you can speak, timing, and a bit of charisma. A bit of broken english/accent helps too. I know I can't do it. Even just the pauses/breaks. There's a guy at work, older guy, that sort of does that. Talks slow, drawn out, pauses, comes up with short statements that are clever enough to keep you interested long enough to let him finish. Sorry I got off topic.

Watching this doc I kind of felt annoyed hearing the 10 minute description of how he would "light up the room". I remember them saying the same thing about Jimi Hendrix. Just silliness.
