I believe I should love the spirit, all other spirits, as equally as I can.

But their egos, behaviours, actions, personalities, etc., I don't believe I have to love those.

Behind every mean or bothersome ego is the spirit of God. If that ego decides to act like a dolt, the spirit is still there somewhere.
