There's an old saying 'don't judge lest ye be judged.' When we fall into that trap we loose touch with our spirit and with others. Yet i believe we all have done it myself included. Undecided

This is an observation i have made about reaching out towards others. We often carry our baggage with us which makes it difficult to connect with those we meet or are close to.
