During what felt like a small hiatus from my daily posting here, I had joined an astral projection community and am journalling my experiences there. I have learned a phrase that really put things in perspective. It's called a non-physical experience. I learned in a recent endeavor that the idea of projecting from your body can create a double effort, when you think you're in the state where you need to exit your physical body- it's a perfect time to remind your self that you are already in the desired state. This awareness, is a non physical experience. Here, your minds eye is leading.
