Lately I have witnessed people 'helping' others. Yet if we try to help others with harsh words and a sense of meaness is that really helping? I have also looked into my own motivations. Sarcasm and cynicism are not helpful in changing others. Sometimes it is better to stay out of the lives of people who do not understand you and your actions. They will misinterpret everything you do; even acts of kindness. Life is full of lessons we have with others. These lessons are not meant to react to but rather to learn from and grow in the process.

Yet karmic conditions between strong associations from the past can lead to waves that hit the shore and return to where they originated. How can we ever forget people we have loved? We must learn forgiveness and kindness even when things do not work out as we would have liked them to between ourselves and others.

At times in our lives we meet souls from the past. We have shared much with them and feelings often run deep. If they do not recognize the importance of meeting again and dispose of us like tin cans it is their loss.  We must find other souls who vibrate with higher frequencies who we will start new cycles with until we are liberated.

It seems to me that strong connections between people, both love and hate attraction and repulsion etc. Can show us how we are still caught in the world of duality and how much we have freed our selves from the opposites of this world.
