Steve, I've researched more last night and Aya goes back to Mother. Goes back to the Peacock Angel. To my surprise, everything is connected. In 2008 the Al Khadir initiated me with three very spiritual/energized dreams. 10 years later I would discover an answer that would connect me to the peacock angel. 14 as a number prompt is also related. One night I would dream of a Woman named Ishtar. I looked it up to realize it has real meaning... And then last night in my research I learned Aya is indeed as powerful as my Inner Being tells me... And that Aya and Ishtar are connected...
MUCH LATER, SHE WAS MERGED INTO THE MYTHOLOGY OF THE GODDESS ISHTAR, AND IT WAS SAID THAT THERE WAS A "GATE OF ISHTAR/AYA" LEADING OUT OF THE UNDERWORLD INTO THE LIGHT, NO DOUBT THE OPENING THROUGH WHICH THE "MORNING STAR "AND "LIGHT OF DAWN "APPEARED. LIKE OTHER GODDESSES OF THE DAWN, SHE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS WHICH ARE SEEN AS SYMBOLICALLY GIVING BIRTH TO THE SUN EACH DAY AS IT CRESTS THE PEAKS AND RISES INTO THE SKY.
THE BABYLONIANS BELIEVED THAT "AYA'S "MYSTICAL UNION OR SACRED MARRIAGE WITH THE SUN GOD CAUSED ALL VEGETATION TO GROW AND FLOURISH. SHE WAS INVOKED AT ALL BEGINNINGS WHEN A POTENT SURGE OF ENERGY WAS NEEDED TO BRING THE RENEWING LIGHT OF THE DAWN.
https://goddesses-and-gods.blogspot.com/2009/06/goddess-aya.htmlThese are real moments that validate my experience and prove I am being Guided by an Intelligent and Loving force. Symbolically I see it as a union from self to Self. God Realization. Where reality is One. The subconscious mind can be called mind- which is not limited to your brain. It extends beyond, and is far greater than we realize. This gate of Aya sounds like waking people up to renewing the One reality within and without. This marriage between Ishtar and the Peacock Angel is reflective of the spiritual evolution and potential lessons humans go through, collectively, specifically tied to this region of time/space.
To see warrior monks chanting Aya as formless awareness... And to look up many of the meanings... It further acknowledges my Intuition about it. And I find myself yearning to be with Mother, again. Like so few other words, I did not know there was context behind it until after receiving the impressions and then going out to do further research.
