Recently I saw Anita Moorjani. She suffered 6 years with cancer.  Her body weight went down to 70 pounds. She had welts on her body and tumors the size of lemons. She was connected to an oxygen tank and she had open skin lesions. Her lungs were full of fluids and her organs shut down. On Febuary 2,  2006  she fell into a coma and didn't wake up.
The doctors said her organs were shutting down.

While she was on the other side she had a feeling of being unconditionally loved and being embraced by love. Anita felt she was loved because she existed. She was given the choice to come back. Which she did but she left a lot of information about the other side.

She saw loved ones on the other side and some seemed to be from the distant past because she did not recognize them. Her father was there. She had disagreements in life on earth with him. They lived in India where he tried to have her married by arrangement but she ran away a couple of weeks before the marriage and disgraced both her groom and his family and her own but ended up happier in her present marriage by choice. However now her father understood her and she understood that he was trying to make her happy. There was only understanding on the other side.


She became aware of things happening down the corridor and was aware of her brother from India trying to see her. Her family was suffering and she was suffering. There seemed to be no reason for going back. She was aware that she was going to die yet she was also aware that she was going to have to hang on if she was going to see her brother. When her brother came to the hospital she told him where his luggage was since he lost it. When she was on the other side she could 'see' it. She also told her husband things that were said about her diagnosis that
were talked about in another hallway of the hospital.

She said that it was like looking at a whole tapestry on the other side and you were like one little thread in a tapestry. You could see the thread before and the thread after and if you put your finger on the thread you would see the thread in the present. Our lives are much the same but if you walked away from the tapestry and look at the whole thing, then you get an idea of what is happening around you. You  would see the line of your thread  from the beginning to the end. Life on this side is more linear but on the other side you see the whole.

All possibilities exist simultaneously. It just depends on what we focus on. It is as though you have a small flashlight and you pointed towards a certain direction in a warehouse. You see part of the picture. But when you turn on the flood lights in the warehouse you can see all kinds of ways to get around objects to move comfortably. You can see the whole picture of everything in the warehouse not just one little spot on the wall.

She explained how it was shown to her that her cancer was caused by her thoughts. 'We live life like it is a grind but even the challenges in our life are a gift.'

It brought me back into that expanded awareness to a degree. Somehow it gives us a memory of being in that state on the other side. It is like an incentive to keep reaching to bring that awareness into this realm.... to break down the walls that hold us in this material existance.

Been reading a lot of NDE stories, a *lot* of similarities, as in this story.

Seems I have this perception of how the universe really is, or what God is, but these spirits are delivering the report of the beginnings of passing on. Hard to argue with that for me.
