How do we avoid sanctimonious reverberations
in relationships?

Sometimes it appears in others at other times in
ourselves. It is getting puffed up about being right
when in reality you may have just wanted to get an
understanding or you are viewed as hanging on
in the aftermath of coming to terms you may find
sanctimonious reverberations around you.

Nomaste2all wrote this below. I believe it connects
to what I am saying here.

 simple experiment.

wade into a pool or a lake, say to your waist.  better where water is relatively still.

now simply walk slow in one direction and stop.  observe what happens to the water while moving and when stopping.   

once water stills, try again, but move fast, and stop abrubtly.  observe.

The key is that the ever-present moment is a bit like this...   movements are not in a vacuum...
we will observe a wake in front, a wake behind... and even to the sides, radiating outward...
when we stop, we may notice the wave behind push against us...

So consider each action...  it is not just in the vacuum of this 'incarnation', but rather across the flow of incarnations... 
this is an illustration to help us break down mind, stop thinking so linearly... 
past, present, future life...  like those wakes and waves... how or why should we seperate one from the other ?
and also consider your neighbor... they are like the waves to the side ?   

break down the "compartments" of mind... allowing Truth to be one's friend...
