Only action performed with an attitude of selflessness can take u deeper in meditation. Real meditation will happen only when u have become truly selfless. It is selflessness that removes thoughts and takes u deep into silence and meditation.

give to others and expect nothing in return.

service and devotion to other souls...no matter what outer shells those souls r housed in.....

plant....animal....etc

Loving & caring for the animals at the shelter.....i give them Love and i am truly blessed,,,,,never did i expect soooo much Love in return....

Love is God...God is Love.....

God manifests him/herself all the time....we just have to still the mind in order to hear God....
