Prayer Recipe

When we find people who are difficult around us we can pray for them. We usually don't have to look to find them because they seem to chase us! Cry

Brother Bhaktananda recommended surrounding them in light and praying that peace and harmony will come into their life. Pray for them for one minute; 'Peace and harmony' 'Peace and harmony' 'Peace and harmony'. Then surround yourself in that light for 15 seconds and pray for your own 'Peace and harmony'.
