The Beloved One: “When, as if it were a vicious storm, a great disturbance is trying to seize a hold of your mind and emotions, due to circumstances beyond your control, remember to hand it all over to the Father in heaven, who knows all from the beginning to the end.

“It is deemed to be the foundation of wisdom, when you realize that only by coming to Me in the Stillness, and by placing all your disappointments into My hands, you will experience an enormous relief.

“The lesson of forgiveness is ongoing, until you reach a point where a greater understanding about the motivation of others takes a hold in your soul. You need to realize that not all are at the same level of understanding. Therefore, you can forgive them, because some are truly incapable of understanding the higher road you are endeavoring to travel.

“All mortals have their innate capacity of light and understanding, and as in all matters, each learns at his or her own speed. This is the reason why at all times you feel like a fish out of water, and it is totally normal to excuse yourself. Indeed I recommend that you enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, for a recharging of your spiritual batteries. No man or woman is an island to itself, and all need the refreshing presence others can bring.

“Realize that truth, beauty and goodness can be found anywhere. Seek for these realities in all things and a greater appreciation of life will take a hold. Life itself is truly wonderful the more you use it for spiritual growth and understanding and for the growth of your soul, where true reality is to be found.

“Regrets ought to spur you on to come more often into the Stillness to seek My guidance. I am always available and the benefits you can reap are enormous, including the healing of your anxious heart and tired nerves which will unfurl and result in calmness.

“You will gain greater equilibrium within yourself when you develop the discipline of regularly coming to Me, so you can then go forth to do yet another day’s battle in overcoming your baser creature self through a more tranquil awareness.

“Life is filled with hope, wonder and an abundance of unconditional love from the Creator towards his creatures. I counsel to seek more often the Stillness within yourself, so you can imbibe of My healing and nurturing presence.”

The Beloved One: “When you begin to increasingly count your blessings, spontaneous feelings of love and praise to the Giver of all will more and more rise up in your heart. This opens the heart for further gifts, which in turn lead to more prayers of praise and thanksgiving. Therewith your heart is being transformed into love. Love for each one you meet, not just for those nearest and dearest to you, but a love that transcends all on the earth-plane.

“True thanksgiving is spontaneous. It is never a formality. This thanksgiving develops a joyful heart that will grow so powerful with love towards the Creator that despair and depression flee.

“Therefore, open your inner and outer eyes every new day and find something to be thankful for. It can be a situation in which you have learned a lesson, which could not have been learned otherwise.

“Remember the circumstances in which you find yourself, are there to teach you. Every situation and every circumstance contains a lesson. It is up to you to decide if you are having an easy time or a difficult one.

“When you come from an open, grateful heart, you will have an easy time, but if your heart is closed, grumbling, being critical or finding fault, you will be having a difficult time, indeed. “Children of great promise sometimes endure the hardest lessons, so they become strong and resilient.

“In this manner you will never be bereft of love and you
will build your faith and trust in Him. Be like a little one, feeling secure and well cared for.”

I read this part;

After reading I remember Jesus on the cross saying; “ Father why hast thou forsaken me... nevertheless let thy will be done.” Unless we are to say he was a bad example it appears that all of us occasionally have moments of doubt or at the very least mixed feelings. I hope that he wouldn’t have to stay in that situation until he remedied himself and showed he had learned that particular lesson. I mean why would someone torture someone else till they learned a lesson? Sounds like we are dealing with a very cruel and sadistic task master.

Steve, because we are of this earth we will have doubts. We are always being challenged. Even the great ones, as they are challenged in ways most of us may surely die or lose faith, which is similar to being dead. What I see when Jesus says, let thy will be done, is that in a moments time and in anguish he still surrendered to the Lord- a complete act of Faith. I placed some thoughts on Faith by Hazrat Inayat Khan recently, hope you enjoy its wisdom.

My point was about this;

“You will stay in that situation until you remedy yourself and show Me that you have learned that particular lesson.“

I am saying what kind of God demands faith and forces someone to stay in that position of being tortured 😖 until they remedy themselves by submitting to torture?

Steve, I don't have an answer for you- I think you're seeing something that isn't there for me. I'm not really up to debating your point of view either.

Yea I just been more and more interested in people that are helping the environment and friends are trying to teach me how to stop the release of methane. So now I use internal combustion for momentum.

God as omnipresence is unaffected by duality. It is only we, the little self, that obstructs this view. God is no cruel task master, he is always giving us what we need- it is only when we decide that our lesson is unfair that we've failed to see the blessings bestowed upon us. Showing the Lord you've learned your lesson most likely means having to experience a trial again only this time, whether by Faith or some other source of inspiration, the outcome would be different. Being stuck in a situation is no different than continuing to fall victim to prenatal habits or pesky samskaras that we are often seeking liberation from.

I do not disagree with what your saying Eric. I wonder if you know that Paramahansa Yogananda actually used to ‘argue’ with God? He just didn’t understand why God would let something’s happen the way they do here on this earth plane.... and I don’t either... so I just ask. I mean I certainly wouldn’t enjoy going thru the (lessons?) that some of his saints went thru. Just don’t understand like for instance Jesus had to suffer such agony and felt that God had left him. Hmmm not looking forward to the tests some of the saints went thru...and why did they have to endure torture and being burned at the stake? Just seems like a strange God we are following sometimes. I doubt that some of these heroic people were unaffected by duality. So where was the compassion of God at these times?

Jesus accepted his fate and knew of the things promised to him both here and after. He is a great soul who governs our local universe. Everything that happened to him is an act of compassion.

Even the saints understood themselves as both changeable and absolute. It's a part of being on this Earth. The body ages and is subject to change. Yet the Soul represents that which is Eternal. We are more than our bodies or our minds that doesn't mean we are not our bodies or our minds. We are trying to anchor our selves in the Divine.

👌 👍 Eric; Although you wondered off into your own reality, I still give you a thumb up for effort! And an ‘A’ for support of that guy that allows this awful suffering to be allowed while not giving us sufficient understanding to endure  the pain often meted out.

Yes most everyone experiences life through their unique personality. A right attitude is the key to success. Fight the good fight metal man. ;) Thank God we have Masters that teach us Love and give us Hope, who might remind us that we do not have to linger in our self created misery. Look to Epictitus or Rabia al-Adawiyya. Look to Jesus or Yogananda... Real people able to look within and realize just how powerful they are. They were not bound by external circumstance. I predict you will come back to this thread one day and see things a little more sympathetically.

I've been thinking about your concerns this morning and had a thought, from my recent adventures in reading wisdom from both inayat khan and yogananda...

the limited self and the unlimited soul, both reality, which reality do we mainly reside in?

as the unlimited soul, we place faith in God as the do-er of action, the teacher of life and the ever-new source for bliss and inspiration. with faith in god we see that everything is perfect as it is- there is no trial we can not endure- that such lessons our souls asked for-

so why is it hard to see, in the moment? because we are more than often identified as the limited self.

as the limited self, we believe we are the sole do-er behind the action and accept both the joyous and miserable outcome to be a part of our being. such experiences are often short lived and we're left chasing some other form of happiness outside ourselves and many times we are crushed by the weight of insecurity or fear...

since we are both a limited self and an unlimited soul i don't think god is asking us to constantly suck on the tit of the mother nor is he asking us to abandon our parental guidance... such contrasting reality is for the purpose of growth...

concerning christ and the trials he endured... i suspect that as man, even as one so enlightened by the spirit, that his faith was put to such a test... yet his faith never wavered, even as the limited self cried out... as it often does... and after the release of his physical body- something tells me it all made sense to him, to be where he is now, and that his soul was ready for it- even if that was hard to see during the actual judgement.

with faith in god, our little selves and their problems seem trivial at times...
though, i don't think that's the reality either... but it's important to realize just how identified with those little things we've become as it clouds our vision and our ability to remember what we truly are...

It’s not that I disagree so much as not understanding such tests. The mind cannot understand this. I mean would a human father put his own son through similar tests? Or was Jesus working off some of his own karma? Hmmm and what would you think after you died about a father that tortured you in some kind of test?

Also interested in this quote from you Eric;

Again we are talking about trials. I see them happening I just don’t understand why? Why all these trials?

It’s easier for me to remember some of the past wonderful experiences I have had because of meditation and the intercession of the Master’s. The mind is not able to fathom some of these challenging qualities of a so called God-at least not my mind-but it inspires me to meditate more to answer some more of the riddles and paradoxes of life as some small ones have been revealed.

I have found this quote to have relevance in my life;

I have often found in life that when I keep the right attitude of thankfulness and gratitude for all that is happening- both good a seemingly bad - things seem to fall more in place. Even wrong turn can lead me to the right place.

I have a question here Eric; please look at the picture I have included with this post and tell me. These quotes from the ‘Beloved One’ are from this last August. Does that mean they are now being added to the Urantia Book?

in your first post you again used the word torture where i consider the experience a blessing. everything that has happened to us up to this point is a blessing by god. i know how easy it is to think otherwise. so i pray that the elevated perception strengthens our faith. god is more than our limited rationale. my soul appreciates the challenges that have been thrown its way, life is ever-revealing, what is real and what is false. we our working towards liberation and in that quote you provided, god has a way to make everything come out right- if we allow him to.

today while driving home from work i noticed a man very, "in his own." he was riding behind me, inching his large SUV even closer to my bumper. i was in the right hand lane, he had an opportunity to go around. instead he got dangerously close to my rear, when he realized i wasn't speeding up he tried to go around by jumping in the left lane only to have missed his shot forcing him to ride behind me just a little while longer. once the passing lane opened back up he sped away, going in and out of the two lane street with a designated limit of 35mph. we were in a neighborhood. i've been guilty of this behavior, i'm not necessarily here to pass some acting judgement- who knows the reason for what he did, what i can say was initially i felt his energy trying to stir me and it was such a relief to realize i was not bound to his way of viewing reality. once i slowed down and watched him rush off into the darkness it was like an entirely new world of wonder and beauty had opened up to me, what a trip.

While it is true that much of our inner life is reflected in outer circumstances; It is also true that those who reacted to outer circumstances with love despite not being able to manifest all their ideals in there life, they became the torch carried on to change their outer circumstances in generations to come. A Martin Luther King Jr. A Mahatma Gandhi. A Jesus Christ. A Robert Kennedy.

An interesting thought occurred to me though... perhaps their outer experiences do reflect their inner realities.... just not on this material world.

Just adding something to this that I just read by Paramahansa Yogananda; But when by pratyahara (interiorization of the attention) and pranayama (life force control, switching off the five sense telephones) one disconnects his mind from the senses and contacts God as Aum, then he perceives the inner world; his first discovery of God is through the Cosmic Sound.

I just don’t understand what happened to all the other paths that do not have the same explanation for spirituality as hers? “ I remind you that it is truly helpful to abide by your long-ago promise made to Jesus when He called you to follow Him” Whose long-ago promise? I made no long ago promise and as far as I know he never made such a request.

Wish more people I meet could understand this;

“Introspection is being called for as everyone is responsible for their own thoughts and actions by either advancing or hindering their soul growth.”

I find mental illness is caused by having no self reflection and blaming everything else on others and circumstances. Right down from the President to friends around us. Even in spiritual matters there has to be a boogie man to blame or a group of violent people. Very few people will take responsibility for the environment and times they find themselves in.

The Beloved One: Many are the abilities that lie dormant in the human psyche, like the true and deeper understanding of each other. Consider what the world be like if humans would sincerely try to better grasp each other's motivation.

Many petty misconceptions do arise, and these can lead to useless and harmful disagreements, even fights, which on a larger scale and through selfishness and greed can culminate in wars. Humankind has much to learn in the area of understanding and tolerance for each other's motives, because this is hardly an innate or learned discernment.

These qualities of truth-discernment are on a higher level of thinking, and show a greater impulse control, which would prevent many a word being spoken in haste. Truth-discernment is a quality which many mortals on this planet still need to cultivate.

As your Guide and Teacher I am endeavoring to raise your thoughts to a higher level of truth-discernment. This will result in your increased understanding of the motives of your siblings.

Who are your siblings, you ask? Your siblings are each and every person you come in contact with, no matter their gender, race, creed or color. For you are all evolutionary offspring of the same Creator, who has implanted in each of you a tiny seed-soul.

This is also true of mortals on other planets, who might outwardly have a different life form, but they also possess the same seed-soul. Some are further evolved than you are, whilst others are less so. But all answer to the same clarion call and the unmistakable spiritual attraction to return to Paradise as a mature and perfected soul. You are all journeying according to your personal level of truth-discernment and belief in the Creator.

Become more aware of what you think, and why you think at all. Your thoughts are pure energy and always carry the potential for good or evil. Elevate your thoughts, so you are always loving and charitable towards self and others, and therefore do your part to help uplift this planet to a more loving and peaceful level.

Of course not.

“It cheerfully gets up and tries again. So it is with you.

“The path to self-mastery lends itself to many surprises and disappointments, and that is how you learn.

“If you do not try, then nothing worthwhile is gained. This is the road that leads to perfection. You don’t get there by ‘sitting on your hands,’ thinking that someone else will come forward and do it for you. No, all humans carry their own responsibility about how they behave themselves throughout life.

“How you choose and how you decide, is totally up to you. Choices can be very painful to make, because of your fear of the unknown. However, the making of choices can become so much easier when you let Me into your daily life to help you with the decision making process.

“It takes time, for you need to develop greater inner listening skills, since I reside in the Stillness of your being. Of course, this is a free will decision on your part. Yet, My beloved, it pleases Me when you come to Me of your own accord, preferably always at the same time. In this manner I can start to depend on you to be there, whilst you can always depend on Me to reciprocate.

“In honoring Me by coming at a self-appointed time, you will progress so much faster; The learning depends on your willingness to progress. I am waiting to lead you and teach you. I have all the patience in the world, while I wait for the opportunity to be your Guide.

The Beloved: “The way to increased faith and trust is often difficult. It is often plagued by doubts and insecurity, lack of faith, forgetfulness, matters of the ego and so much more. You will at times find that you have all the faith and trust you need, and then something happens, and you have a need to come to Me, and for Me to enliven your trust and faith.

“Your sensing of a lack of faith and trust is a sign of soul progress. A growing soul is in need of nurturing and sustenance, and this you receive by coming to Me in the Stillness.

“I am the rest your soul seeks, therefore come to Me at any time to fill your longing for peace, for love and for a feeling that you are being accepted just the way you are.

“Believe Me when I say that I lead you on a path most suitable for your personal soul growth. I desire for you to see this as an endurance race, because in this training you faith muscles will get flexed and grow stronger.

“If I were to give you a path of ease seeking, what would be the ultimate gain in your eternal life?

“See this in another light: You are training for the spiritual Olympics. This, dear one, requires a most rigorous training for the soul, which I only give to those who show themselves willing to participate.

“Together we shall clear the hurdles. I cheer you on with each successful overcoming of negative thoughts and emotions, and for you to carry on with renewed faith and trust in Me.”

A very helpful reminder Brother. I have come to recognize through reoccurring experiences in different guises that the above entry is true. We have situations occur to us with other people and circumstances that may make us very cynical. I have seen this happen with myself and others. However when we continue our spiritual practices regardless of the outcome we come to realize that seemingly bad things that happen to us are for our ultimate good and happiness. They may lead us to recognize we need to alter our path or relationships for a higher cause. Right behind these happenings may come a spiritual experience we never had. I have had that happen in what was a reward from ‘passing the test’ with a continued unperturbed response to negative environmental conditions and people. After awhile come to recognize we are at times being tested to determine our reaction to aversive stimuli and disturbing situations. If in other cases we find that similar negative experiences duplicate themselves in different outward forms and situations we may soon come to recognize we did not get the message and learn from previous mistakes. So we are being brought through the same experiences to explore different ways of responding to outward events and inner maladaptive reactions.

Thank you Steve, your experience is much appreciated. We may not agree on the problems that befall our nation, but the spiritual influence you have on me is far greater than any differences our smaller selves try to experience. I see a nation that has long fallen from its former glory and assisting in a globalist, technocratic revolution. I understand that racism is being kept alive in order to distract us from the infiltration that has already taken place. Perhaps I will resurrect another thread in order to further explain my views. But what I see is that it isn't necessary when we are discussing our salvation and personal relationship with God.

“And so, the grief and sorrows of life’s past diminish, and your heart becomes more liberated to express itself in song.

“We both are nurturing our togetherness as you get to know Me better. However, I don’t need to get to know you, because I know you already and I have always known you. I also know what you are becoming day by day.

“Your disappointments in yourself are more keenly felt as you align your will with Mine, and still as yet, in your daily life you forget to tune into Me.

Wow Eric... this one is channeled from a high source and rings with hope and authenticity! Thanks for sharing it with us! Some songs you love to sing for a lifetime and some words echo in your soul and resonate with your struggles and experiences. Such is the echo off my soul when these sounds reverberate in me. Even if we still feel gripped by the desire for physical pleasure we can continue our practice and ask that spirit be so tempting that temptation is devoured in inner bliss and express gratefulness in those moments our soul is stirred alive.

Such a nice and helpful message for understanding our own reactions that are some how tied up with the actions of others towards us. We are just fortunate to have the tools to that inner presence and dimension which these readings do not appear to offer. The Beloved: “Forgetting the connection with the Creator, is deeply ingrained in the human psyche. That is why it is so important for you to center and re-center yourself in Me. As long as you forget, there is still a trace of unbelief, because your faith is not strong enough.

To find the courage of conviction takes a lot of exercising your faith muscle, and this is what you do when you come into the Silence to be with Me.

The more you master yourself, and calm your busy mind, the more peaceful your heart will grow, which nurtures your soul. This effort is always reciprocal.

The value in this exercise is that when you notice that you are in unrest, you begin to long for a quiet moment to re-center yourself in Me. Then a peaceful joy and re-assurance grows in you when you find Me again.

My Question to you is, why don’t you invite Me more often into your daily existence? Here too, I am always with you, but then you seem to turn away and the business of the outer world takes over.

I desire that you become increasingly more conscious of Me, so that you turn into a steady light-beam in a dark and troubled world. In this manner your light will grow stronger, and this will encourage others to live likewise.

This is a most sacred and purposeful way of living the earth-life, and indeed, it will overflow with spiritual abundance, rather than languish in spiritual poverty to flounder in darkness and fear of the unknown.

This message has come just in time... At 2:33PM today I felt the chills run along my spine, blissful sensations... And I responded to this intelligence with, "I am here."

I have begun to recognize that sometimes these chills and surreal sensations which cause my senses to withdrawn and internalize are in fact a visitation from an unseen presence. I am learning to see what isn't there. . . As there are guiding forces in this life our physical eyes can not perceive.

Life on this planet is filled with too many distractions, and hardly a day goes by when you are not distressed about one thing or another. It will become more and more important for you to take time out to think and to reflect. Your daily coming into the Stillness is a balm for the soul that flows throughout the physical system.

It is then you can take stock of your day, and see where you could have been just a bit more loving, a bit more courageous, a bit less selfish. It is in true and honest appraisal of yourself; in healthy self-reflection, that will allow you to feel My presence, and thereby gain the courage to live yet another day for the highest good for yourself and those around you.

By living this way, you are creating a more peaceful mode of existence, a method that ripples out into the surrounding area of where you live. You may not notice it, but the angels on High take note of each one who sincerely and with perseverance tries each new day to live with greater conscious awareness.

This is where you can experience the real joy of living – the feeling of being connected to the Creator – to carry out into the world, with renewed hope and courage, the recognition and the blessings received while in the Stillness.

The Beloved: “Let us discuss how to overcome your baser creature habits and tendencies of requiring instant gratification. You need to root out those habits that keep you an earthbound creature, without spirit wings to soar before the throne of God.

The influence of the world is very strong with its increasing materialism, so the matter of eternal life gets only cursory attention. Become aware of how ensnared you are by commercialism, enticing you to 'buy this, buy that, a bigger this, a better that.'

Before you know it, you will have fallen into the claws of the god of money, because you have bought into the false belief that worldly goods are the answer to happiness, but that which you truly desire will never be satisfied.

Here is the secret allowing you to truly attain inner peace – the peace your Master Jesus spoke of. He said, 'I have come, not to bring peace, but a sword.' The true meaning of this saying is for you to do the work within yourself by overcoming that baser urge of instant gratification, which will never be fulfilled, but can only be temporarily satisfied.

To start fighting this impulse, you need the sword of self-discipline, to be able to honestly ask yourself, 'do I really need this, or can I train myself to resist, and not give in to this urge?

See if you can gain some ground here. You need a sharp sword to cut away this instinctive creature urge that tries to take over, because the line between needs and wants has become blurred, as the god of mammon and the gratification of the flesh have almost completely taken over.

Peace of mind remains nebulous and elusive to most humans. It is never too late to turn within and search for My still Voice, which ever so patiently waits to be heard, and can give each mortal that peace of mind and rest in their soul, which humankind so earnestly desires and know not how to obtain.

Come into the Silence within awhile, and gain a peace the world can never give you.”

Am I honoring my relationships? Am I maintaining my disciplines?

I received my Christmas bonus early. I spent a little money on my dogs and some of it on my self. I thoroughly enjoy going to the coffee shop. I enjoy flirting with pretty girls and pursuing romantic interest. I enjoy a Thai Massage, if I can afford it.

These things cost money. I see I have desires for lust. To date around, or to be touched by massage- it all cost money. Simultaneously, I am going on dates with a girl who is in no rush. I am having to temper my carnal desires. My last relationship was purely sexual. So this is a little different. I am also learning it's okay to date more than one girl if there is nothing more to the relationship than just getting to know someone. I have these incongruencies between lust and love- believing that both can exist in harmony. But my Father always said I'd need to learn to separate the two. Still, this is the reason for much of my naivety in regards to romantic interest. It's because I want an emotional and intellectual reciprocation as well as physical intimacy. Not everyone views life in this manner, and I was also very shy growing up not knowing how to communicate these things or even explore and express my self.

Now, after dating- splurging on the dogs, going to the coffee shop almost daily- trying to rush into physical intimacy with the girl I'm taking on dates... Now the money is going back to a low number. It's not the way I want to live.

I feel the impulses in my mind and I can see how continuing to satisfy them will cause me to lose the money faster than I make it- and potentially disrupt relationships mentioned in the above example, and not mentioned. There is another woman I am seriously considering romantically. I am not a player, and most of my time is spent at home by my self. I just know I want a female counterpart in life. I also know it all cost money... and though I am slowly progressing back to a place of independence- I know I won't get there by continually satisfying my cravings.

Brenda used to get upset with me because I had no concept of money. Neither in my 20's or even early 30's. I'd just spend without thinking. Now life is asking me to think on how and what I spend, and though the urge is strong to satisfy some base desires... I think I'll go outside and meditate.

Steve, I found it interesting that you felt the need to mention kindness as I questioned your recent political thread. I can't say I know what you're going through, but there is nothing wrong with a mind ruminating on service and kindness. You are right to say people can be so obsessed over politics that they fail to recognize the kind intentions of others. I see it as my Boss looks through her "friends" facebook page. She scoffs at his post that say things like, "Make America Great Again" or shows he is republican(she is a democrat) and she allows her emotions and belief system around politics to put a barrier between good intentions and her receptivity to them. I suppose we all do this in some manner.

Anyways. I found this message from the Beloved One equally interesting- as it mentions attempting kindness and service. I thought I would share it here since that is a topic you find yourself mulling over. I hope something relates.

Through your daily coming to Me, you strengthen your faith and you also feed that deep longing to develop a closer relationship with Me.

As this happens to you, so does this happen to each soul that embarks upon the eternal quest of ultimately finding the Creator of all on Paradise. Every soul answers the drawing power of Spirit, however faint, because of a restlessness in the human heart that intuits something is missing in their lives. They may at first try to find it in the outer world with its pleasures and temptations, to perchance fall into addictions and depression because of the never-ending ache and emptiness in their hearts.

Yet the solution is so simple. All they need to do is to turn within to the Silence of their heart and seek Me. At first, it will be feeble and faltering, just like a baby taking its first steps. Then they remember the freedom, and the urge starts all over again until they finally persevere.

The coming into the Silence of your heart, is like a baby step in faith, where I am waiting with ’outstretched arms’, enticing you to take another ‘step in faith’.

Rest assured that I am always here, waiting to bolster your human spirit, so your faith and security in Me grows. In time, a deep-seated joy will spring up which will entice you to come again for more nurturing and soul food.

The Beloved: “The ways of the Father are hidden from you just yet, but you shall be taught step by tiny step to arrive at a greater understanding of His ways. It is in the peace and calm of the human heart where these insights arise, never in the hustle and bustle of your days.

Take time to calm and steady your frayed nerves by coming to Me in Stillness meditation. The riches and healing to be discovered there are something that all the material wealth in the world can never buy.

Humans are looking everywhere, going places to find solitude to discover ‘something’ they yearn for, but they hardly ever realize that they are only running from themselves. Instead, they ‘bring themselves along’ wherever they go and still end up dissatisfied and hungry, often over-feeding their material bodies in the hope that this longing will go away.

If only they would sit still long enough to search and find that calm center within themselves where I am waiting as the invisible Onlooker and Subject of their search.

When a soul finally connects with Me, a silent joy is born, and a, hitherto, unknown calm begins to pervade that soul which starts to grow because of the love and nourishment it has found.

Each thinking mortal has this urge and needs to make this God-connection within, for this is the great Gift and purpose of life which the Creator has endowed His mortal children, so that they can become immortal and perfect Like He is.

The big question is: When will humanity wake-up and know the life-saving message that a Fragment of the eternal God lives within their hearts?

When they do realize this, will they then set about with diligence and determination to keep that priceless connection open and active?

Quite often as by a mystical connection of common interests your posts resonate with my latest thoughts. And so i was meditating last nite and feeling a bit restless with perhaps the full moons heightened energies - which often wake me or keep me up - I felt it important to read your latest inspirations. There is a discipline that goes along with a simple prayer before taking food or staying with the practice of meditation even though the mind at times interrupts practice with its desire to always do something; Which most of the time amounts to little or nothing of real importance. Again,  I sit and watch such restless thoughts in hopes of their occasional and eventual dissipating.

Glad it helped Steve. I'm needing to take the reins of my mind and help guide my thoughts again.
Today I noticed a bunch of restless people on the road. A bunch. Really odd behavior and poor driving, getting nowhere fast.
I am happy to say I was not effected by this energy, which seemed to be a mass-effect on the population.

But I am not always safeguarded from restlessness, and often give into it- all Ego... only to realize it(restlessness) has indeed compromised my well being and being present, after the fact.

It is true that sadness and grief are everywhere. No one is exempt. However, when a lonely mortal turns within and gives himself or herself the gift of Stillness on a regular basis, that same mortal can be assured that My balm for that aching heart is waiting to nurture it.

The going within is a sure way to cure all ills. It represents finding the great Healer, the Spirit of God, who desires to uplift the heart and to direct the mind into a healthier way of being, bringing it back into a more positive and joyful state.

It is so very important to realize that at every turn in life you are never alone, even though at times you suffer from Loneliness.

Drink of this cup, and then give thanks for all the blessings in disguise. Do not falter in your faith, but instead concentrate faithfully on each task at hand. In doing so, your life’s purpose, to which you are being called, will gradually become clearer. You will help uplift this backward little orb towards a greater understanding of the new light about to dawn.

A great deal of self-mastery is needed which can only be acquired through the practice of self-discipline. Any negative emotions that arise toward self or others need to be considered, forgiven, and then replaced by positive ones. This is not always easy as human nature still embodies animal traits which require weeding out – traits such as unreasoned fears, and the perceived need to defend the self.

Life has its purposes; including self-correction. The further and deeper you go into the inner life, the more cause you find for self-correction.

Know that this is neither the path for ease-seekers, nor for the indolent ones. This path is only for the honest of heart, the courageous ones who are willing to see themselves in the holy light of the Christ, from whom nothing is hidden.

Therefore, let your heart and its intent be pure and be filled with light throughout all the days of your existence here and in the hereafter, which shall thereby be filled with exceeding joy and peace.

An active, healthy and productive life in the service of the Creator of all is the path I would have you walk.”

The Beloved: “An open mind and a welcoming heart are the requirements for you to be teachable: to gain an understanding of your place in the cosmos. Because, in reality, you mortals are only infants in the cosmic family of God.

You will learn that all beings, created and evolving, revealed and unrevealed, are all related in that you are all offspring and individual reflections of the one great and universal Creator.

Although you are small and, as yet, insignificant, you are all indisputably linked to God. See yourself as tiny growing reflections of this greatness. Collectively creation mirrors back to the Creator. The glory of God is reflected in everyone.

It is up to each individual as to how they shine and outwardly reflect this glory to others in truth and sincerity, for, My beloved, there is nothing that is hidden from the all-seeing and all-knowing God.

Only puny man in his ignorance can commit atrocities in the name of the Creator, whom they nary give a thought, if at all, otherwise they could not do the things they do.

If they would have had an open mind and heart the planet would have gladly received one of God’s Sons more than 2000 years ago when He came to proclaim God’s unconditional love for them, and for all the succeeding generations.

In their selfishness, greed and closed-mindedness, being stuck in ancient laws and outworn ceremonies of their forebears, they were the most unprogressive humans. They were the leaders of the unenlightened race, and yet, at the same time, they were the most advanced, for they had done away with tribal deities and accepted the one-God concept.

This is the reason why Michael, who became known as Jesus, chose to incarnate among that race, and teach them about the love of His Father in heaven.

The one and only loving God can be contacted in the heart and mind of each human being who will open his or her heart in truth and sincerity. Therefore, come into the Stillness of your heart. Seek Me and you will find Me.

The Beloved: “Let gladness reign in your heart and joy spring up in your soul, for I know that it is your desire to freely give your will over to Me, so you become more responsive to My leading.

Always remember that nothing is ever forced onto you, and that I accept your heart only when it is freely given. Mind you, even in deciding to give your all to Me, you have given Me your all and you will experience a deep-felt joy.

It is then that the long stretch of training in self-discipline follows, as you live closer to Me. It is then that you will discover things about yourself that you really don’t like. This is how you will set about overcoming all manner of negative habits and peculiarities which do not befit a life on the road to perfection, and which in due time shall be left behind, never more to be remembered.

It is in overcoming negative character traits and habits, where the real training occurs. This training in self-discipline requires that you are totally honest with yourself, without any excuses.

Oh, you will surely experience times of discouragement, but I |promise to always spur you onto the better way because I will never let you forget that you and I belong together. I will never let you forget that we are meant to become one, for this is the sole purpose of My indwelling you.

Therefore, allow Me to tune you to become that marvelous instrument you are destined to become, so you will bring forth joyful sound unto the Creator of all things, who fashioned you from a speck of Earth dust.

At the same time, He gave you the capability to become perfect as we, having become one, shall return to Paradise, wherefrom I hailed.”

The Beloved: “Let us discus the training for an increasingly spiritual life, which is lived in the inner world, but with its repercussions in the outside visible world through loving service toward others.

To train for a spiritual life means to make your material life subservient thereto. It means a closer walk with your God within – that still Voice, which often remains hidden in the background, and is so seldom heard in the busyness of mortal life.

It is I who lead you, most often unbeknownst to you, into the better way of life. Together we can function as one when you allow yourself the luxury of listening to Me by taking the time to turn within, to listen to Me with a greater conscious attentiveness. I can then continue My training of you in the unseen, giving you fresh new insights, and instilling in you a greater love for service to your fellows.

It has been said that the watchword in the universe is teamwork, and that we all can function as one. This, My beloved, is what you need to contemplate the meaning of – to be on the team of the Creator, and to have been given the Gift of a personal Trainer.

I reiterate that it is by your consent that you start this training in the spiritual life, and the more sincere an effort you show by turning up regularly at your training sessions, the greater progress you will make. Turn within at any time during your day or night to receive further instructions for your daily life. It will not become a life of ease, but rather a life lived with a greater and deeper meaning, leading to greater fulfillment.

Truly, the more committed you are, the easier it will become to hear My voice, as there will be instant recognition and a gladness in the knowing that I struggle with you in all things.

We shall become victorious in this mortal life, in a race well run, and in greater loving service toward the Creator than you would have ever believed to be possible.”

The Beloved: “Together, let us muse about mind – the origin and the meaning of mind, and the significance of being of sound mind – so you can appreciate this great Gift which the Creator has bestowed upon you.

In general, the mind has been patterned after the perfect minds of beings living on the perfect worlds surrounding Paradise. These worlds total one billion, and in a formation of seven concentric rings, they will continue to orbit in an orderly fashion around Paradise, and throughout eternity.

This is the Central Universe of Perfection, after which the presently evolving seven Super Universes of the Master Universe are being patterned. Your tiny insignificant, but highly honored orb is evolving in the seventh segment of this master universe. In turn it will serve as the pattern for future aggregations of the, as-yet, unformed super universes of the outer space regions.

I tell you all this, as I need you to get a perspective of the enormity of the love of the universal Father, who creates in His Thoughts, by the Words of the Eternal Son, and through the Acts of the Infinite Spirit.

This Eternal Trinity collaborated in the eternal past, together with well-nigh innumerable and diverse orders of High Spirit Beings, which are the hosts of Heaven, who all have their personal areas of expertise.

All mind is created and bestowed by the Infinite Spirit. The Eternal Son contributed the spiritual down-grasp as a compass for evolutionary creatures to be able to journey to Paradise, whilst the Infinite Creator is the Bestower of personality.

You have all been given Free will as to how you shall conduct your life experience, and how to use your God-given mind. The mind is the most precious commodity as it decides the development and growth of the soul and the pace thereof.

With right thinking in honesty and sincerity, self-discipline and the choice of right and positive actions, one chooses the direction in which the mind shall grow.

Therefore, become ever mindful of how, why and what you think. This is important to your soul-development.

The Beloved: “When you allow yourself the time to come before Me, you need to leave your burden of daily worries behind. You cannot partake fully of My essence when you are bent over through worry.

The whole idea of coming to Me is that you may look up into heaven’s sunshine, so the shadows vanish, burdens are lifted, and you will feel refreshed and nourished after having been in My presence.

Surely, for you to be good at practicing the Stillness, it needs to be a daily discipline. Something as vitally important as this, when persisted with, will yield its own harvest of rewards in truth, beauty and goodness. It is the character which will be chiseled into beauty through the discipline of daily duties performed.

Life is meant to be rugged, for this exercises the faith muscle. It needs to be strong to withstand the rigors of life as it is lived on this planet. And the more willing you are to go with the ebb and flow of the human spirit, and to recognize that most worries are only temporary, the easier it will be for you to rise up and be counted among the stouthearted, who can keep on believing that all is well.

Trust in the heavenly over-care¸ for many there are in the unseen world that cheer you on. There are even those, because they were born perfect, who entertain a slight feeling of envy because they lack that experience of becoming strong in the struggles of daily earth-life.

Mortal life is a gift to be used for upliftment, first for the self, and then for everyone on the planet. The Creator Father wills it so. Run this race set before you, and know that all is well.”

The Beloved: “To be consciously aware of your following the example of Jesus, involves a stringent self-discipline in self-mastery. You will ‘fall down’ many times in your attempts to become perfect, but this is to be expected from mortals just starting out on the journey towards life everlasting.

But just to refresh your memory about all the help of which you can avail yourself, you have this example in your records of your Master Jesus, as He was called when He walked this planet. He cheerfully overcame many obstacles in His teenage years, even before He attained full consciousness about His being a Son of God.

Life is never easy, but life on this planet breeds relatively rugged individuals, who courageously in faith and trust take on their troubles, and therefore train themselves to become sturdy co-workers on other worlds in space.

Since the completion of Jesus final bestowal, about 2000 years ago on this planet, you can avail yourself of the Spirit of Truth – the Master’s personal gift to this planet. You can avail yourself of the Holy Spirit – the personal gift of Mother Spirit, who also gifts mortals with her mindal energies. You can call on Her any time, allow Her to ‘wrap Her arms’ around you, nurture you like a small child that climbs on Her lap, and feel secure and protected from all ill winds that blow about.

Of course, you can always avail yourself of Me, your Indweller, for I am a Fragment of God, the Pilot Light, which lights the way for each mortal who accepts My guidance on the way to Paradise.

Of course, there are numerous other orders, like angels, as well as the loyal Midwayers, who are your invisible cousins, existing midway between humans and angels. Midwayers simply love to be helpful.

So, you can see that you are not bereft of assistance in your mortal estate. All you have to do is ask, and believe that it will be provided.”

The Beloved: “Let us for a moment consider the fulfillment of your desires, and the time delays this sometimes entails. The Father in His almighty wisdom oversees everything and knows everything.

When your earnest petitions seemingly go unanswered, it is because the time and the circumstances for the outworking need to be right. Oftentimes prayers cannot immediately be answered because the recipient needs to be sufficiently spiritually developed to believe in order to receive. Thus many prayers are awaiting their fulfillment until after the dissolution of the mortal temple, and during the next stage of evolvement.

The human vessel is very delicate and tender, and so is your budding spirit. The timing and conditions need to be right. You can see the overlying time delay of the Creator working itself out in nature.

Everything has its own season. Some plants and trees are slower to bud and bloom than are others, for there is rhyme and reason for everything. Each day during springtime, you see miracles unfolding before your very eyes, and yet, you do not comprehend the mysterious life force that stirs from within.

Each living and breathing thing need oxygen, sunshine and water, and often loving care to fulfill its own innate promise to bud and bloom, and so it is with human beings. A human infant denied love, often through ignorance of one or both parents, soon withers and dies, or presents only stunted growth, and can never fully develop according to the pattern with which it was born.

The child needs to be nourished and nurtured, with love, care and attention. It is a travesty and an abomination to the loving Father-heart of God, to observe how innocent little ones are sometimes willfully mistreated on this planet.

Love is by far the most important quality that helps each and every mortal to blossom and bloom.

Wise parents do not give in to every wish of their children.

How much wiser is the Universal Father of all.”
