When you feel triggered… defensive… judged… or ready to lash back… pause long enough to hear the deeper voice beneath the noise. That voice is your true self… the one that doesn’t need to win… doesn’t need to prove… doesn’t need to defend. It just is.

The ego says… “trust no one.”
The heart says… “trust yourself.”

The ego says… “protect.”
The soul whispers… “expand.”

The ego wants to be right.
The soul wants to be free.

And freedom always wins.
