Some mornings I wake up and I feel inspired to just start meditating. Especially if it is very quiet and interiorizing around me. Other mornings I may feel restless so I begin practicing with the Self Realization Fellowship. energization exercises or the iam physical activities. Every day now I look forward to meditation since it reveals so much to me about my self through others that come into my life and through personal experience in my inner life. If you desire to meditate you will be given sufficient inspirations to do so. |
