In the United Clones of Ameritunes I experienced it as the larger the better. Here in Colombia it is the smaller the better. Many thousands of small shops. And all are different unlike Cloneland where every town has a McDonald’s, Walgreens, Shell, Walmart. It is very different here each area seems different. The bus system and bicycle trails are endless unlike Cloneland where there is generally little concern for the environment and transportation that is for the public. In Colombia everyone is allowed to seek merchandise on the street unlike the selfishness of huge conglomerate business in Cloneville. Yes people are allowed to sell their drinks, food and clothing as well as appliances on the streets in Colombia with out complicated and limiting ordinances and permits. And people also perform all over in the streets with out being forced to have permission and permits. Homeless people are not driven out of town as in large cities in the U.S. |
