The items I notice more are the glasses and the iron grill on the window.

Thanks Mccoy just wanted others to know that when there is a lesson to be learned you won’t see certain items or people for that matter. Remember the story about Babaji being at the door but someone passing through but didn’t see him? And Sri Yukteswar did not recognize Babaji in this story….

The same thing happened to me this morning and happens quite often on a smaller level; I did not see those glasses although I looked several times and didn’t see them I finally did see them. But not until I learned certain lessons that I was supposed to learn in humility. In the same way Sri Yukteswar appears to have needed to learn that  humility-a great spiritual lesson-was important in his training.

In my training I’ve noticed that items may disappear from my sensory perception until i recognize or facilitate a function that is important to my spiritual development.
