I have found that my needs and interests are supported by the subconscious mind as it works on its own to manifest solutions to complex and intricate challenges.

An example?

Thanks for your interest Lucca. Recently i have been given suggestions by friends and the subconscious mind has responded by giving inspiration to the conscious mind for solutions. This has taken place on several fronts;

I have finished a song with the suggestions given by a friend and the subconscious provided inspirational melodic content that resolved the issue of a repetitive rhythmic structure that needed a difference to maintain an interesting 🤔 contrast.

I have also found that we constantly meet people who approach matters differently then ourselves. It is very difficult to look outside our own perspective to find practical solutions. At times we come to an impasse - a kind of road block - and we can only rely on our deeper inspirations provided by spirit to resolve or respond in a manner that circumvents the challenges we face with others.

It is fascinating to me that Masters have the ability to look beyond the differences that arise between people and can find solutions that are often bogged down by the mental states of those differing in opinions and approaches. At times it is best to ask for divine council in finding an approach that satisfies differing opinions, because the conscious mind is unable to resolve the delemna of differing mindsets. This often occurs among the best of friends and also in their contrasting views. In all these issues we recognize that we often have mutual similarities that bring us together that offer a superior ideal which is lost in secondary petty differences. It is helpful if at times the mind lets go, to rise above those differing mindsets.

This is an important aspect of meditation which infiltrates the subconscious mind with influences from the superconconcious mind that resolve issues in conscious reality.  Once the super conscious mind brings answers and inspiration to the subconscious mind the conscious mind receives these sparks of divine inspiration from the subconscious mind through dreams and sudden flashes of inspiration.

The minds obstacles and it's obstancy to follow the same paths of thought patterns are freed up and liberated by practice of meditation.

The subconscious mind sometimes provides solutions during dreams. It si a known fact even among researchers, but it never happened to me, that I remember.

While I do not say that I am an exceptional case when it comes to the subconscious mind, I do have many experiences with the subconscious mind both during consciousness and during sleep. Mostly they are associated with music, and they help my attempts to create music. I have a strong conviction that contact with the astral realm through meditation and the guidance of spiritual masters is the best way to recognize such solutions.
