Title: Experiments Post by: mccoy on Nov 17, 2024 11:12 pm I have very little time to meditate. Taking care of my autistic son gives me only short breaks, which I usually use to carry out duties or chores, or simply to catch up on sleep.
At night I have to work usually and just after eating, I'm not too able to meditate. And at a certain point, my eyes just shut down. But now I'm going to try some leverage schemes. I started trying to meditate, especially to practice Kriya Yoga, with 100% concentration. I will leverage short durations of practice with an attempt to use 100% magnified concentration. If a Kryia is not totally focused, I will not consider it done. I'm aware that at the beginning I may be able to practice a single Kryia like that or none. However the practice will unfold, I decide not be discouraged. Title: Re: Experiments Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Nov 19, 2024 01:56 am I have very little time to meditate. I almost always fee more happy, at ease and relaxed if I start the day with meditation. |
