Spiritual Portal

Most of us who spend much time meditating are old souls. We have been around these terrestrial lives for countless times and we are experiencing a need to live in higher realms that are not trapped in duality and the pleasure/pain syndrome that is inherent in our life situations.

More and more I am recognizing people and their souls evolving spirit here on this planet. People can be seen as waves of emotions, energies and vibrations. These waves of vibration come in contact with us and we react -  however small the reaction is that takes place - for being in contact with the spirits we encounter in life.

Mostly, others react to us in subtle or more blatant ways from ego energy. We may be able to identify our own ego coming into play in these interactions and in our encounters, where and when we recognize why relationships and casual encounters stay at that level or become more lasting in nature. Sometimes it may take years before we recognize the extent of ego manifestation in ‘friends’ as they may be strongly aligned to our energy manifestation until some critical circumstances arise that change the dynamics of friendships and relationships. Circumstances bring everything to the fore. Relationships often go through a ‘testing’ from higher sources and if desires are challenged or expectations are not met in emerging scenarios relationships  can quickly deteriorate which leaves us surprised at what we thought was a lasting relationship becomes a a separation. As long as we can maintain our integrity in these energy conflicts we come out of them at times with new doors opening where others have shut.

Frequently we recognize energies from others that are quite different then our own and express hostility anger and habits we find in distinct difference from our own and we attempt to distance ourselves from them. It often amazes at the tolerance of others in accepting all energies with equanimity which most likely should be our attitude in most situations. Although we may be called upon to make such distinctions when we would rather do nothing and preserve the flow of energy which we have experienced with those close to us.

Friends also recognize this as well because we all have some ego and are on this plain of existence recognizing it in various degrees in ourselves and others we come into contact with.

I would like to add a very important quality that ‘old souls’ have and that is experiences with multiple life times.

Most people have not given their life to such a study. And then ignorantly claim they are only a few decades old.
