I would say yes on the first question " the tuning into another person's frequency ... what to do from there ? you got three things going on in this topic, do they all happen in one experience ? 1.empath 2.telepathy 3.3rd eye activity to my knowledge 1. "An Empath is someone who can feel other people's emotions as their own: you litterally feel what other people feel. When we are in tune with the vibrations of others we know their intentions and know how to act towards them accordingly. This is the reason we are able to tune in with them. Knowing there intentions we then know if what they are doing is honorable or not. We never want to be tempted by things we do no want to do. By gaining sympathy for others we merge in the identities of others and we understand their motives... No matter what they may say. We also expand are consciousness and understanding and sympathy for others thru this process. Paramahansa Yogananda speaks much on this subject in lesson 147. Although i can see how empathy fits in with the subject. It is more difficult for me to fit the third eye into the whole process of 'connecting' with others but that is probably my own self imposed limitation.
