Title: Slowing Down

Meditation amounts to a lot of slowing down. Slowing restlessness. Slowing down breath. And, slowing down thoughts. If someone has the right meditation techniques that will happen. And there are larger spaces between breaths. And while the thoughts become more infrequent, it becomes easier to focus on being rather than doing. It is also easier to pray and keep your mind focused on your prayers.

Often we have to slow down and cool off relations as well. We need people to work out their own stress and shouldn’t be drawn into it. Sometimes they might not know how to handle it and direct it on the nearest target which just may be us.
