Put on half an avocado 🥑 in a blender with almond milk or cows milk and a tablespoon or more of tahini butter. Add honey to taste. Blend and drink. So healthy!!! And Paramahansa Yogananda encourages avocado for brain function and memory.

Yes depending on the amount of avocado and tahini you put in it can be overkill for breakfast.
