This comes with the exchange of positive energy in personal relationships that include meditation and spiritual practice together and moderation in expression of intimacy while directing attention as much as possible to spiritual awareness.

At times it is better to back off and rest then to exasperate circumstances with a determination that is more associated with ego than divine will power. |
