Title: From Desire to Contentment Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on May 02, 2010 04:51 am i had an epiphany while meditating today. It isn't like you have not heard of this before. But somehow the experience had a personal effect on me today. i thought to myself while meditating; i feel so content today. This is what it is really what it is all about. i know there have been many many meditations that have been a tug of war with the senses and my mind. But this one was particularly peaceful and i thought to myself: this is what it is all about; feeling perfectly content with just being me. Not needing or desiring anything. Just content with the moment and the unfolding wonder of being me and living at this moment of time.
