There was a time when life, for me, was like watching, helpless, a terrible movie, and I gave too much attention to the tragedies there. So one day, while I was meditating, a big light appeared in my room and God's voice said to me, "What are you dreaming of?" Behold my eternal light, in which countless nightmares of the world come and go. They are not real ". What a great consolation this was to me! No matter how horrible a nightmare is, it's only a nightmare. A movie, whether pleasant or disturbing, is just a movie. We must not keep our minds so absorbed in the sad and terrifying dramas of this life. Isn't it wiser to keep our attention on that Power that is indestructible and unchanging? Why do you worry about the unpleasant surprises of the plot of this world movie? We're only here for a short while! Learn the lesson of life's drama and find your freedom.
