Title: Kriya and IAM technique similarities
Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Mar 15, 2024 01:56 am
I have found after study and practice on the IAM technique that some of the IAM techniques are very similar to the Kriya techniques…. Specifically in the Kriya Series Lesson 7.

I do not claim to be an authority on meditation, although I have been practicing it almost all my life now. What I have found is that these two main paths I have been exposed to both focus on drawing the life force into the spine magnetizing the spinal column and withdrawing the life force from the senses, disconnecting the mind from the senses.

Other techniques of meditation I have not found to be as affective at interiorizing the consciousness. And meditation has shown many results as i practice with the understanding of true Masters in preference to for an example meditation practice that centers on only mantras or various contemplative methods to focus awareness on like affirmations or Biblical versus. While these practices are helpful and are useful as adjunct practices; nothing substitutes for drawing the life force inward and away from the senses and restless thought.
